We provide religious and event-related services including but not limited to:

– Mata Ki Chowki
– Jagran Events
– Bhajan Sandhya
– Live Singers & Musicians
– Event Management for Religious Functions

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking and Confirmation

– Bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
– A minimum advance payment (30%–50%) is required to confirm the booking.
– Booking is considered final only after payment confirmation.
– Remaining payment must be cleared before or on the event day.

4. Pricing and Payments

– Prices may vary depending on event size, location, artist, and customization.
– All payments must be made via approved payment methods (UPI, bank transfer, cash, etc.).
– Additional charges may apply for:
– Extra hours
– Special artist requests
– Travel outside city

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Cancellation must be informed at least 48 hours before the event.
– Advance payment is non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.
– In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund will be provided.
– Date changes are subject to availability.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

– Provide accurate event details (location, timing, requirements)
– Ensure proper space, electricity, and permissions
– Maintain discipline and respectful behavior during the event

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or lack of arrangements.

7. Artist and Performance Terms

– Artists will perform as per agreed schedule.
– Any extension of time will be chargeable.
– Replacement artists may be provided in case of emergencies.

8. Liability

– We are not responsible for:
– Natural disasters
– Government restrictions
– Technical failures beyond control
– Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Use of Content

– Photos/videos of events may be used for promotional purposes unless the client objects in writing.
– All website content (text, images, logo) is our property and cannot be reused without permission.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information shared with us will only be used for booking and communication purposes and will not be sold or misused.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts.
